Bob Harvie argues that Fitzpatrick's healthcare record does not hold up to scrutiny. Fitzpatrick voted to advance the "One Big Beautiful Bill" in its earlier version, skipped a vote on an amendment to make ACA tax credits permanent, and did not sign a discharge petition in the fall before health insurance premiums rose in January.
